Part A: TillMark POS

1. The service

TillMark is point-of-sale software comprising a till client, a web dashboard and a backend service, operated for this deployment by TillMark. Access is granted per shop under an active arrangement.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping credentials secure, for the lawful use of any customer data you collect, and for operating a certified fiscal device as required by Cyprus law. TillMark computes sales; it does not itself issue the legal fiscal receipt.

3. Fiscal and tax compliance

TillMark is a software tool and does not constitute tax or accounting advice. Confirm your configuration with a local accountant — Cyprus fiscalisation requires an EMS-approved hardware device connected through the provided interface, and the bundled simulated fiscal printer is for development only, not legally sufficient on its own.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; updates can cause a short interruption, and we keep them brief. Your data is backed up every night and the last 3 nightly backups are kept on the server, and an encrypted off-site copy is kept for 30 days, so a mistake or fault can be rolled back. Backups are a safety net, not an archive — export anything you cannot afford to lose.

5. Fees

The plan costs €40 per shop per month, plus VAT where it applies, and includes up to 3 tills per shop. It is meant for the normal running of a shop; if an account's use goes far beyond that (for example very large amounts of stored files), we will contact you to agree a fair price, and you are never charged more without agreeing it first.

6. Data

Handling of personal data is covered by the privacy policy. On termination you may export your data before access ends.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected shop in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Part B: Website service

These terms apply when a business orders a website from us. Sections 7 (Liability), 8 (Changes) and 9 (Governing law) above apply to the website service too.

10. What is included

For €40 a month: hosting of your website with a secure https connection (SSL); up to 10 GB of storage in total, shared by your website files, images and business email; business email on your own domain; and up to 1 hour of small edits each month. What your website contains and how many pages it has is agreed with you before we start.

11. Setup fee and custom work

A small website has a one-off setup fee of €150, paid before we start. It is not refundable once design work has started. Bigger or custom websites (for example an online shop, bookings or many pages) are priced separately, and we agree the price with you in writing before any work begins.

12. Monthly fee

The monthly fee is €40, paid monthly in advance, starting from the month your website goes live. If a payment is more than 30 days late, we may take the website and its email offline after telling you, and put them back once the account is paid.

13. Edits

Up to 1 hour of small edits each month is included: changes to text, prices, photos, opening hours and similar small updates. Unused time does not carry over to the next month. Bigger changes, such as new pages, a redesign or new features, are quoted before we start. Send edit requests by email; we aim to make small edits within a few working days.

14. Storage and fair use

Your plan includes up to 10 GB of storage for your website files, images and email together. If you need more, we will tell you and agree a price with you first. Hosting may not be used for illegal content, spam, or files unrelated to your website.

15. Your domain name

Your domain name (like yourshop.com) is registered in your name and belongs to you. Its yearly cost is not included in the monthly fee and is paid by you. We set it up and can remind you before it renews, but keeping it paid is your responsibility.

16. Your content

You provide the texts, photos, logos and other material for your website, and you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they are accurate and lawful. You are responsible for your website's own legal information, such as its privacy notice; we can help you write it.

17. Availability

We aim to keep your website and email online at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, for example during maintenance or problems with our hosting providers.

18. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice by email; we can do the same. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded. At the end of the notice period your website and business email stop. On request we give you a copy of your content and your website files, and your domain stays yours.
